Following a soft launch in February 2025, Cardiff & District Law Society has created a new Employed Advocates Network for individuals who are involved in advocacy in an employed capacity in the Cardiff and District Area.
This network will seek to organise a variety of events throughout the year with focus on practice and professional development and networking. Those invited to join us and register their interest in the Network and our launch event are:
- Members of the employed bar
- Solicitor Advocates and other Solicitors who undertake their own advocacy
- CILEX Advocates
- Other practitioners who undertake legal advocacy
- Anyone who may be interested in supporting or becoming an Employed Advocate in the future
- Former Employed Advocates
We are seeking to host a launch event in central Cardiff in the coming months, but first want to canvas interest in attending and joining this event.
