Back in 2021 (when we were still impacted by COVID working restrictions) we asked our members and community to complete a survey (‘how are you really?’). We published results in a full report – which can be found here.
We also arranged a Panel Discussion in 2022, when things started to get back to normal, or the ‘new normal’.
This year we want to check in with our members with another survey, and also explore the mental health & wellbeing within the profession at another panel event.
The panel event
The panel event will take place on Thursday 16 May, from 6pm, at Capital Law.
Our amazing panel members are:
- Mark Evans (Current Law Society Vice President) – attending remotely
- Dafydd James – Lockton – Business Development Executive and ex-Wales rugby player
- Eglė Padaigaitė-Gulbinienė – PHD Student, funded by Mental Health Research UK
- Emma Waddingham – Founder of Legal News Wales
- Gethin Bennet – Solicitor at Royal Mint
- Sian Hughes – Head of EDI at the SRA
Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Look out for the bios for our panel which will be released in the weeks leading up to the event.
The survey
The survey can be found here, and will be until Friday 10th May. The survey is anonymous.
The results will then be analysed and a follow up report produced. The results will also be discussed at the panel event.
The survey is completely anonymous.
