Cardiff & District Law Society has invited Show Racism the Red Card Wales to host an unmissable unconscious bias training session for all lawyers and professionals who are keen to address racial equality and see how they can make a difference at all levels.

Race equality and unconscious bias training will help you reflect on your practises within the profession.

This is a CDLS members'-only event.

  • A chance to reflect on your own experiences and how this may affect your ways of thinking
  • Start you on the journey of challenging your unconscious bias
  • Reflect on how unconscious bias may influence your work and client experience

Cost: £17pp

PLEASE NOTE: All funds raised will go to Show Racism The Red Card Wales, which is organising and hosting the event for us, alongside the CDLS BAME Subcommittee.
